Shipping policy

At Revery Jewels, we place great importance on the secure delivery of your orders. Please read our policy regarding lost or stolen packages carefully. 

  1. Delivery Responsibility 
    Once the order has been shipped and confirmed as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package is transferred to the customer. 
    Revery Jewels cannot be held responsible for packages that are: 
    • Marked as delivered but not received 
    • Stolen after delivery (from mailboxes, building entrances, unsecured reception areas, etc.) 
     Delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer 

 

2. Lost Packages in Transit 
If the carrier indicates that the package is lost before delivery, Revery Jewels will open an investigation with the carrier. 
• The customer must contact us within 7 business days after the estimated delivery date. 
• If the loss is confirmed by the carrier, Revery Jewels will offer a resend of the product or a refund, depending on availability. 

3. Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received 
If the tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it: 
• We recommend checking with people around you, neighbors, or your reception desk. 
• A claim may be filed with the carrier, but no refund or reshipment can be guaranteed in this case. 

4. Delivery Information 
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide: 
• A complete and correct address 
• A secure delivery location 

Revery Jewels cannot be held responsible for delivery errors related to incorrect or incomplete information.
