At Revery Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, you have a period of 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, in accordance with the right of withdrawal applicable to online sales. 

1. Return Period 
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your intention to return one or more items. 

2. Return Conditions 
To be eligible for a return, the item must: 
• Be new, unworn, and unused 
• Be returned in its original packaging 
• Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration 

Any returned item that does not meet these conditions may be refused. 

3. Non-Returnable Items 
The following items are not eligible for return or refund: 
• Earrings 
• Items purchased on promotion or on sale (unless defective) 
• Gift cards 

4. Return Procedure

Please note that no return will be accepted without a prior request to the email address listed above. 

Please include the following information: 
• The name of the jewelry item 
• The item(s) concerned 
• The reason for the return (optional) 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there was an error on our part or the product is defective. 

 

5. Refunds 
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the acceptance or refusal of your refund. 
• Accepted refunds will be issued using the original method of payment 
• Processing may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank 
• The return address and shipping carrier will be provided to you 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of an error by Revery Jewels. 

6. Defective Items or Order Errors 
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with photos included. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer either an exchange or a refund.
